Tried it so you don’t have to!

The staff was friendly, and I appreciated the microwave that made snack time convenient. Plus, the free WiFi was quick, helping me stay connected despite the chaos.

The room was a disaster with filthy linens, roaches crawling everywhere, and a general sense of neglect that made it feel unsafe.

poor service

i was trapped in a room infested with cockroaches, and the terrible service was just the icing on the cake. i woudl ve been absolutely thrilled with an upgrade or at least some acknowledgment of my obvious distress. this was not the royal experience one would expect, so much for extended stays, am i right?

The lack of cleaning left much to be desired!!! Filthy linens, missing essentials, and unkempt rooms made for quite the unpleasant stay!!! I'd recommend some serious deep-cleaning and attention to detail!!!

Just a fine choice for a little getaway in Alcoa with great value-to-price ratio. The staff was friendly, which made the trouble with room cleanliness a bit easier to handle. Bring some cleaning supplies just in case, and don’t forget to check for roaches, they were around.

my stay at royal extended stay was surprisingly better than my last visit to alcoa. the ease of checking in and the quick access to nearby restaurants really made my short trip enjoyable. i loved having a microwave and refrigerator for late-night snacks!

The room featured a microwave and refrigerator, which made snacks and late-night cravings much more manageable. Additionally, free WiFi allowed for some much-needed browsing, making me feel a little more at home. The price was right, especially compared to other hotels in the area.
